Chicken breast flavored with smoked paprika and honey and grilled to perfection. Doesn't it sounds like the most perfect meal one can have? Healthy yet flavorful. I made this grilled chicken to go into my burrito, but ended up eating them on their own for my lunch. Yes, they were that yummy. Of course, I made another batch for my burrito :). Here is the recipe.
All you need is
Chicken breast - 3
Olive oil - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper - 1\2 tsp
Smoked paprika powder - 1\2 tsp
Honey - 1 tbsp
Garlic - 3-4 cloves ( minced )
Method of preparation
Wash the chicken breast and pat dry.
Keep them between a kitchen towel and pound with a mallet till they are slightly thin.
Mix all the remaining ingredients in a bowl.
Apply the marinade all over the chicken breast.
Cover with a cling wrap and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours.
Brush a grill pan with little oil.
Grill the chicken from both the sides till golden brown.
Serve hot.
